Plot Summary[edit | edit source]

Bella (Warren) is a plucky and pretty peasant girl who is saved from a wolf attack by the legendary Beast (Parascos). Word of her rescue reaches Count Rudolph (Giles), a contender to the throne of the dying King Maximillian (Tony Thurban). Rudolph knows that the Beast is actually the King's cursed son, so he has the witch Lady Helen (Gray) conjure a troll to slaughter the villagers, hoping to place the blame on the Beast and giving Rudolph an excuse to kill his only remaining rival to the throne. When Bella investigates and discovers that the Beast is innocent, she teams up with him to thwart Rudolph's plan.

In one scene, Bella refuses to tell Count Rudolph and Lady Helen about her encounter with the Beast, so Lady Helen uses magic to entrance Bella and view her memories.
