Codename: Knockout

Codename: Knockout was a 2001-2003 American comic book series published by Vertigo, a DC Comics imprint. An homage to 1960s spy thrillers, Codename: Knockout followed the adventures of sexy secret agent Angela St. Grace as she battled the forces of E.V.I.L. with her sidekick Go Go Fiasco.

Issue 19: "Fleshback `69: Queen, Castle, Pawn"

In a flashback episode, Go Go Fiasco tells the story of G.O.O.D. Operative Firestorm (AKA Kevin), who is assigned to protect England's Prince Charles from a possible assassination attempt during the Prince's official investiture ceremony in Wales. Kevin and his partner, British secret agent Lady Godiva, assume that security is too tight for anything to happen, but Sir Animus Beastly has other plans. He hypnotizes Lady Godiva into killing the Prince, using her secret agent credentials to get close to her target without suspicion.
