Conan the Adventurer (1997 TV series)
Conan the Adventurer (also known simply as "Conan") was a 1997-1998 German-American live-action television series that aired in first-run syndication. It stars Ralf Moller as Conan the Barbarian, a character originally created by pulp comics writer Robert E. Howard in 1932. In this series, Conan is a heroic and good-hearted adventurer who, with a band of sidekicks, attempts to destroy the evil sorcerer Hissah Zuhl (Jeremy Kamp) in order to free the enslaved people of Conan's homeland. The series costarred Danny Woodburn, T.J. Storm, and Robert McRay.
The Heart of the Elephant, Part 1 (Season 1, Episode 1)[edit | edit source]
Conan befriends a woman named Tamira (Kimberly Kelley), who takes him to her village. There Conan learns that he is destined to destroy Hissah Zuhl and free the people of Cimmeria. The village is attacked by Zuhl's goons, and the evil Yara (Steve Mattila) uses his magic to knock out Conan and hypnotize Tamira.
