Criminal Case

Criminal Case is a detective-themed hidden object game released on November 15, 2012 for Facebook. An iOS version was released worldwide on August 28, 2014, followed by an Android version on April 15, 2015. Developed and published by French indie studio Pretty Simple.

The Rorschach Reaper ( Case #41 )

The case deals with a serial killer who is hypnotizing students into perpetrating murders. The killer was named the "The Rorschach Reaper" because he placed a Rorschach test at the scene of each death that he was indirectly involved in. During the events of the Grimsborough University Prom Ball, the Rorschach Reaper finally committed his first murder direct murder by killing cheerleader Madison Springer.  The Rorschach Reaper turned out to be Tess Goodwin, a criminal psychology student who blew the top of Madison's head using the explosives device placed in her tiara. When the police went to arrest Tess, she immediately confessed to being the serial killer and praised the player for catching her, she then tries to hypnotize detective Jones into murdering the player by preying on his inferiority complex, the players life is saved by police officer Eduardo Ramirez who hit the hypnotized Jones with a frying pan.
