Demon Knight (1995 Movie)

From Mental Block

Demon Knight (AKA Tales from the Crypt Presents: Demon Knight) is a 1995 American horror film about a drifter (William Sadler) who bands together with the residents of a run-down New Mexico boarding house to prevent a demon known as The Collector (Billy Zane) from obtaining an artifact that will allow him to rule the world. The film was inspired by the 1989-1996 television series Tales from the Crypt and was the first of three feature films produced under the "Crypt" banner. It was followed by Bordello of Blood (1996) and Ritual (2002).

Scene Summary[edit | edit source]

The Collector tracks drifter Frank Brayker to a boarding house, but Brayker uses a mystical key-like artifact to create a protective barrier around the building. The Collector uses his powers to mesmerize Cordelia (Brenda Bakke), one of the boarding house residents. Under his influence, she attacks the other residents before being killed by Brayker.
