Emergency Departure Saver Kids

Emergency Departure Saver Kids (Original title: 緊急発進セイバーキッズ) was a 1991 - 1992 Japanese adventure anime series that aired on the TV Tokyo network. Set in a future where robots are an everyday part of people's lives, the series follows the Tenjinbayashi family as they work to keep the evil "Doctor Bug" and his Scrap Team from taking over the world with his robot army.

The Enemy is Ran-neechan (Season 1, Episode 18)

It's a battle of mind-altering arrows when the gang goes shopping at a woman's clothing store. While the guys try out a Cupid robot (and fail miserably), Dr. Bug sends a flying devil robot to hypnotize Ran with his "evil arrow" into joining the Scrap Team. She secretly plants a powerful bomb aboard the family's ship and engages them in combat before the Cupid robot's arrows free her from Bug's control.
