God of Thunder

God of Thunder (AKA Dark Universe) is a 2015 American action-fantasy film directed by Thomas Shapiro and starring Max Aria as Thor, a Norse god who finds himself stranded on Earth and facing an evil plan by his rival Loki (Mike Millian) to enslave humanity and launch a war against the other Norse gods. The film costarred Jacqui Holland, Tom Callinan, and Jenny Allford.

Plot Summary

Thor defeats Loki in battle, but the trickster god escapes to Earth before Odin (Callinan) can punish him. Thor travels to Earth to stop him, but the journey scrambles his memory and separates him from his powerful hammer. Meanwhile, Loki uses mind control to raise an army of mindless slaves, and sends them in search of Thor. Thor is reluctantly aided by Freya (Holland), an Earth woman whose sister Beth (Allford) is one of Loki's hypnotized minions. Dodging the police, the minions, and Loki himself, Thor and Freya manage to track down Thor's hammer, leading to a final battle for the fate of Earth.
