1955 WARNER BROTHERS SHORT STARRING BUGS BUNNY AND ELMER FUDD..

ELMER FUDD has cracked up and thinks he is a rabbit [ at least he talks more clearly] anyway they lock him up in the FRUITCAKE SANTITORIUM [ IT'S FULL OF NUTS] BUGS happens to be passing by and frees him and BUGS thinking this a good deal takes his place. The doctor walks in and mistakes him for the real ELMER [OOH WORST CASE I'VE EVER SEEN] after the usual hijinks he offers BUGS a pill which hypnotizes BUGS [I AM ELMER FUDD- MILLIONAIRE I OWN A MANSION AND A YACHT] he is released thinking he is FUDD and goes hunting [BE VERY QUIET - I'M HUNTING WABBITS] hilarity ensues as both ELMER [THE REAL ONE] swaps wits with the phoney ELMER. Finally tBUGS gets dragged off by IRS agents he didn't pay his taxes as the real ELMER reveals he was shamming..

This one of the three shorts where ELMER actually wins over BUGS..
