Madame Xanadu

Madame Xanadu was an ongoing series from DC Vertigo, the series was published from August 2008 to January 2011. It was written by Matt Wagner, with art by Amy Reeder Hadley. It dealt with Madame Xanadu's early life from Arthurian times as the sorceress Nimue until the 1960s. Starting with issue 9, the book coincided with the events of the Golden Age DC Universe.

Issue 2

Nimue bewitch the wizard merlin after learning that he have made a pact with demons to gain immortality, she then lead him to a magical prison.
