Resident Evil: Afterlife is a 2010 American action-horror movie that follows Alice (Milla Jovovich) as she attempts to locate survivors in the ruins of Los Angeles, battles the evil Umbrella Corporation's human leader Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts), and searches for a place to escape the zombies that have overtaken the world. It is the fourth movie in the Resident Evil franchise, and is based on the Capcom video game series of the same name. The film also starred Ali Larter, Wentworth Miller, and Boris Kodjoe.

Scene Summary[edit | edit source]

Six months after destroying the Umbrellas Corporation's headquarters, Alice lands her plane in Alaska to investigate a wrecked Umbrella helicopter. Claire Redfield (Larter) emerges from the helicopter and attacks Alice. After a struggle, Alice knocks Claire unconscious and discovers a scarab-like mind control device attached to Claire's chest. Alice removes the device and Claire returns to normal, although with amnesia.
