Plot[edit | edit source]

Jack, a convicted killer, is being transported to death row when his transport is wrecked in a blizzard. The police take their prisoner to a small regional airport, where a group of passengers are waiting for the storm to clear. Cathy, a charter pilot (Masterson), refuses to fly Jack and the police (or anyone else) because of the bad weather. They all settle down to ride out the blizzard.

Jack unexpectedly discovers that aliens have invaded Earth disguised as humans, and that some of them are among the passengers in the terminal. Jack is initially blamed for the deaths of several humans, including the police guarding him, but the threat is exposed to everyone when a passenger who is accidentally shot reveals herself to be one of the aliens. She turns into a puddle of goo when Jack shoots her in the head.

Jack, Cathy, and Sarah (Lafleur) manage to kill all of the aliens except for Darien (Brown), who successfully hides his true identity until he is able to capture the three humans at gunpoint. Darien reveals that he plans to use a mind-controlling bracelet to brainwash Cathy and Sarah into thinking that Jack murdered everyone in the airport. He demonstrates the bracelet on Sarah, but Cathy refuses to cooperate.

It turns out that Jack has tricked Darien, and there are no bullets in his gun. In the scuffle that follows, Jack and Sarah manage to entangle Darien in a chain while Cathy starts up the small prop plane in the hanger. Jack pushes the alien into the spinning propeller, killing him and ending the invasion threat.
