Perchance to Dream (Season 1, Episode 18)[edit | edit source]
Fawkes (Ventresca) shows up for the injection he needs to keep his Quicksilver gland under control. But before administering the shot, Claire (Kenny) suddenly leaves the building and drives to a park, where she attempts to shoot a jogger. Fawkes manages to catch her; when he asks her why she wanted to kill the man, she says that she knows that he is evil and terrible, but she also admits that she's never seen or heard of him before.
Fawkes and Hobbes (Ben-Victor) discover that the sleep clinic that Claire has been visiting is using technology to brainwash people into sleeper assassins. They also discover that the results are permanent- Claire will go insane unless she kills her assigned target. Fawkes and Hobbes must find a way to free Claire without killing anyone, while Claire plots to escape and complete her assignment.
