The Ectoplasmic Panhellenic Investigation (Season 1, Episode 8)[edit | edit source]

The Middleman and Wendy investigate a haunted sorority house, but discover that the ghosts are actually the spirits of the sorority girls themselves. Their physical bodies have been possessed by a rival group of nerdy girls using a 'quantum processor,' with the goal of throwing a party that will get all of the sorority girls kicked out of school. The 'ghosts,' along with Wendy and her 'medium' Louis (Jeremy Lelliott) attempt to set things right, but complications ensue when the nerdy girls use their quantum processor to possess The Middleman.

The Vampiric Puppet Lamentation (Season 1, Episode 10)[edit | edit source]

The Middleman and Wendy attend an auction where artifacts that belonged to Vlad the Impaler are being sold off. The artifacts include a ventriloquist's puppet named Vladdy that, when worn, can control the mind of its wearer. Vladdy takes control of the auctioneer's mind and uses him to search for Lizzie, the puppet version of Vlad's lover.

Lacey (Morgan) is tricked into wearing the Lizzie puppet and falls under its control, while Vladdy switches hosts and takes over the mind of The Middleman. It's now up to Wendy alone to prevent the two vampires from unleashing "the eternal night of blood".
