Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's (Japanese: 遊☆戯☆王5D's（ファイブディーズ） Hepburn: Yūgiō Faibu Dīzu) is the second main spin-off of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. The series aired in Japan between April 2, 2008 and March 30, 2011, following the conclusion of the previous series, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's is set in New Domino City some time after the events concerning Yugi Muto and Jaden Yuki. A new form of duelling, "Turbo Duels", now take place on motorcycles called "Duel Runners". While regular duelling still exists, Turbo Duels have become a popular form of entertainment for spectators, who watch them in specially-designed stadiums. This series also takes place in an altered time-line (due to Iliaster intervening with the past).

In order to prove that Luna is a signer, Goodwin hires a hypnotist to take Luna to the world of spirits in the middle of a duel. Professor Frank then hypnotizes Luna.

Episode 23

Aki is being brainwashed by Divine/Sayer in a water bed, to make her believe, Yusei Fudo is her enemy and she musn't believe any word that Yusei says. Eventually is revealed in episode 61 that this was the way that Divine use to brainwash her.

The people of Neo Domino City and Satelite is mind controlled by the Dark Signer of the Spider to become fake Dark Signers and use their souls to summon the Earthbound Inmortals.

Sayer was brainwashing Aki, and says the trigger word that awaken her second personality.

Episode 70

Luna is controlled by a Ghost, so that he goes to his house in the middle of the forest, she breaks free of the trance when stepping on a wooden branch
